Job Summary and Qualifications
Float Pool Nurse
The Registered Nurse delivers direct patient care and maintains a safe therapeutic environment. They identify patient needs, plan individualized care, and participate in performance improvement activities to align with the hospital's mission.
When leading as the charge nurse, responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care delivery, making staff assignments, and serving as a clinical resource.
