FMI, a subsidiary of Desa, rolled up Design Dynamics in vented and vent-free logs in the early 2003 timeframe. Subsequently, the management team from the FMI segment of Desa acquired the assets of their division in 2008. Job Description:The Concrete Mixer is responsible for the safe utilization of staffing, equipment, and materials within the assigned area of responsibility. Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Mixer to carry out various tasks in our busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors. • Assemble goods on production lines.
• Monitor the production process.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• Maintain work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED Preferred.
• 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse Preferred.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.

Language Ability:

Position requires fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
