    Account ManagerWe are a successful Staffing Agency looking to add an experienced recruiter and sales experience

    Responsibilities:


    The placement of executive, managerial and professional-level direct hiresRecruiting Accounting and Finance staff, who meet the criteria of the individual Permanent Placement Job Orders Providing exemplary customer serviceMaking a certain number of calls per dayMeeting all production and sales goals as set by managementMake outbound recruiting calls to potential candidates using Direct Recruiting, Referrals, and Internet ResourcesScreen candidates for viability, based on their skill sets, experience, education, availability, location, and their willingness to accept the particular positionBuild a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contactsPerform outbound marketing calls to potential new clientsInterview and recommend qualified applicants to hiring departments; make appropriate salary recommendations; attend appropriate networking events to build relationshipsDefine search requirements with client - position requirements, roles & responsibilities, benefits and compensationJOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications: Proven experience recruiting within a successful organization.
