- Board certified in a Matrix approved specialty
- Minimum of 1 year NP experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Flexible with frequent changes
- Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Nurse Practitioner - Home Risk Assessments
Type: PRN-Flexible-Nurse Practitioner
Location: Allendale, South Carolina
Hours: Flexible Scheduling
PAY: $105.00 or $110.00 per completed Assessment
Benefits: Limited Voluntary Benefits for PRN providers
