    Our venue has three different ballrooms with a capacity of a minimum 100 guests to a maximum of 1000 guests, so we can definitely cater to and execute any party.

    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Royal Palace.

    As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by attracting clients for our banquet hall facilities.

    Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our venue for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development :
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities. Identify target markets, segments, and potential clients for banquet hall bookings.

    Client Relationship Management :
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, tours, negotiations, and bookings. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

    Prospecting and Lead Generation :
    Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the banquet hall and generate leads.

    Proposal and Contract Management :
    Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to clients' needs and event requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure bookings and agreements. Ensure all bookings are accurately documented and processed.

    Event Coordination Support :
    Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure seamless execution of events and functions. Provide input and assistance with event planning, logistics, and coordination as needed. Attend client meetings and walkthroughs to finalize event details and requirements.

    Marketing and Promotion :

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the banquet hall and attract prospective clients.

    Utilize social media platforms, website content, and other marketing channels to showcase the venue's features and offerings.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis :
    Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    This is a demanding yet rewarding role for a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
