    Weekly Scheduled Hours:
    Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

    Summary


    As the Banking Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all banking center employees and ensuring the daily operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

    This role also plays a crucial part in fostering a sales-driven culture within the banking center and nurturing both new and existing customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities Include


    Sales Leadership:
    Organize and motivate employees to create a sales and customer-centric environment.

    Conduct weekly staff sales meetings to review goals and results, encouraging innovative strategies to achieve targets.


    Operational Oversight:
    Ensure the safety and soundness of the banking center and its daily operations.

    Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

    Supervise all staff, delegate tasks, and provide training on policies and procedures.

    Underwrite and authorize loans within company guidelines.


    Customer Relationship Building:
    Develop personal relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.

    Utilize effective communication to guide customer interactions and align products and services with their needs.

    Proactively cross-sell products and services to customers.


    Trusted Advisor/Personal Impact:
    Educate customers about financial strategies and available products and services.

    Maintain honest and straightforward communication with customers.

    Respect customer confidentiality.


    Financial Analysis and Planning:
    Analyze customer financial information and recommend appropriate solutions.

    Identify customer needs and opportunities to create value.


    Customer Value Delivery:
    Manage sales activities, set goals, and identify targets.

    Present financial plan recommendations and match them with appropriate products and services.

    Seek customer understanding and commitment to product recommendations.


    Banking Center Portfolio Optimization:
    Understand the profitability of bank products and services.

    Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue.


    Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal business partners to provide comprehensive customer service.

    Foster cooperative relationships with team members and other bank personnel.

    Actively listen to team members' concerns and offer support.

    Serve as a coach to share best practices and help teammates serve customer needs.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of high-performance sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

    Proven leadership skills, including supervisory experience.

    Willingness to acquire Wealth Management licenses as required.

    Background credit check and compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 may be required.
