Century Group is excited to share a great opportunity for a strong Payroll Supervisor to join one of our clients. If you're someone who is organized, has strong analytical skills, and are looking for a company you can grow with, this is the place for you Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $38 to $43 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll reports for archival purposes and managerial assessment
• Supervise, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to the team
• Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll
• Handle employee wage garnishments, tax levies, and support orders
• Coordinate employee termination processes, including conducting exit interviews
• Participate in employee performance evaluations and oversee disciplinary procedures

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective collaboration with all levels of management
