- Lead the development of analytical solutions that help Warner Bros. Discovery make smarter content decisions across development, scheduling, marketing, and digital platforms
- Participate in developing compelling data-driven stories aimed at informing strategic and tactical decision making of key business stakeholders.
- Ability to map data-based analysis to business value and work with our data science teams to 'tell the story' on the results of our team's analyses, algorithms tied with any related research.
- Help define, understand and interpret the audience segments who relate to our and our competitors' content.
- Train, mentor and supervise analysts on the team.
- Bachelor's degree, MS or greater in quantitative field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, etc.) from a top tier accredited institution or extensive work experience
- 3 or more years experience managing a team, including experience building a team from the ground up
- 7 or more years of experience in executing and managing complex analytic projects, preferably at at big technology company or financial institution
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Looker, Tableau, Python/R
- Experience in the digital media and entertainment
- Advance degree in Statistics/Mathematics
- Experience using Airflow, Snowflake, and Looker

The Manager of Content Data Science & Analytics will be our key thought leader on all things content analytics for the Content Analytics team within Warner Bros. Discovery. This team is dedicated to providing insight to our creative executives for our existing and future content libraries, competitive content analyses and analytical solutions that help Warner Bros.
