POSITION SUMMARYTotal responsibility for Finance and Accounting for Regionally based restaurant company; including but not limited to all financial reporting, corporate liaison for field personnel and Senior Management, management of department of 3-5 personnel including payroll department.

This is a fully in-office position out of our HQs in WPB, FL.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAdvise the CEO and other key members of senior management on financial planning, annual budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters including providing ethical leadership.

Oversee daily operations of the accounting, finance and payroll departments while ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Act as key financial liaison to Board of Directors and Banking Partners; creating period, quarterly and annual reports.
Improve company systems and controls to maximize EBITDA without creating unnecessary additional administration.
Represent the company externally in all financial matters with lenders, vendors, landlords, and other creditors.
Take responsibility for monitoring and improving all short and long-term cash and cost projections.
Serve as primary liaison with company accounting firm.
Oversee day to day POS administration, and assume personal responsibility for implementing high level POS changes and additions. Coordinate efforts with the MIS and POS outside support vendors to ensure company objectives are met.

Continually improve the quality of the company financial reporting while ensuring that store level administrative duties are kept to a minimum.

Coordinate financial audits and recommend procedural improvements.
SKILLS & ABILITIESCPA required/MBA preferred.

10 years experience in accounting and finance5 years experience in financial leadership roleKnowledge of all aspects of GAAP reportingPrevious experience in public accountingKnowledge of federal and state financial regulationsWorking knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecastingRestaurant Accounting experience highly preferredCOMPENSATION AND SALARY RANGE:
