    About the Position:
    - Complete assigned tasks within given schedule and hours.
    - Aid in developing project specifications.
    - Take responsibility for creating specific engineering project elements like reports, designs, and plans.
    - Assist in coordinating project team members' activities.
    - Offer technical support to less experienced team members.
    - Collaborate with other disciplines on various projects.
    - Review engineering project elements for quality control.
    - Help plan and organize work schedules and distribution within the discipline.
    - Perform any other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or
    - Master's degree in Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience, or
    - PhD in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience

    Skills and Qualifications:
    - Efficiently optimize work processes for continuous improvement.
    - Independently advance designs and required tasks for the discipline.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD.
    - Possess a solid understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
    - Manage time effectively, forecast project needs, and communicate proactively.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Master's degree in Engineering.
    - Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
