- Dates: ASAC - ongoing
- Coverage: FT (will consider PT candidates)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8's or 10's are an option
- Support Staff: Care team model with 1:3 or 1:4 medical supervision
- Case Mix: General, major spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac. No OB, trauma, or peds.
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified?: BC or BE within 5 years of residency
- Active Kentucky License: Yes highly preferred
