    Kessler Dental Associates has been proudly serving the community since 1994, providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dental team. Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive dentistry and possesses vast experience in all dental procedures.

    About Our Practice

    • In operation since 1994
    • Currently has (2) Dentists and (5) hygienists
    • 6 Dental chairs for Dentists & 5 Hygiene chairs
    • Services consist of 60% PPO and 40% FFS
    • Utilizes Digital X-Ray system, iTero, CEREC technology
    • Schedule: full-time from Monday to Friday

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 3-5 years of clinical experience in dentistry
    • Proficiency in conducting dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
    • Highly skilled in general dentistry procedures: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
    • Preferably experienced in Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry
    • Preferably GPR or AEGD qualified
    • Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and development

    Compensation

    • Offering a strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
    • Generous Continuing Education allowance

    Requirements

    • Active dental license and completion of an accredited dental program
    • Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High focus on detail and clinical judgment
    • Efficient time management and patient care prioritization
    • Commitment to deliver compassionate and personalized dental care

    Responsibilities

    • Dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all age groups
    • Performing various procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
    • Thoroughly examining and diagnosing dental conditions
    • Developing customized treatment plans for individual patient needs
    • Educating patients on oral health and preventive care methods
    • Collaborating with the dental team for exceptional patient satisfaction
    • Staying informed about the latest advancements in dental practices and technology
