Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medical Technologist performs tests and procedures in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory with independent judgement required.

What qualifications you will need:

· Currently registered as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist by American Society for Clinical Pathology, American Medical Technologists, National Credentialing Agency OR US Department of Health Education Welfare.

· Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science. Must meet CLIA qualifications for testing personnel.

· Prefer hospital laboratory experience.
