ESP Personnel needs an experienced and motivated Recruiting Coordinator.

This is a dynamic position that utilizes various platforms to secure qualified candidates for open positions at contracted healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
Review nurse resumes
Communicate with nurses via phone and email regarding upcoming open positions
Follow up with generated leads
Aid nurses in the application process
Explain company benefits, pay, and procedures
Review nurse qualifications
Walk nurses through examinations and requirements for specific job placement
Continuously educate yourself on nursing practices and market trends
Cold Call potential candidates in your assigned region


Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Technologically savvy
35 WPM typing
Minimum of one (1) year call center experience
Minimum of three (3) years customer service
