**Job Opportunity: Clinical Pharmacist**

**Location:** Tyler, Texas

**Position:** Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist I and Clinical Pharmacist II

**Salary Range:**

CL Pharm II: $54/hr - $64/hr

**Available Positions:**

Full-Time Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist II

Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist I (Inpatient Department)

**Requirements:**

Residency or 5 years of experience preferred for clinical positions

Experience in specific clinical areas such as emergency room, ICU, NICU, or oncology

Hospital experience preferred for staffing positions

Clinical rotations focused on inpatient settings, especially critical care, preferred

New graduates with relevant clinical rotations may be considered

Candidates with predominantly retail or ambulatory rotations are not ideal

**Responsibilities:**

Clinical Pharmacist I: Staffing in the inpatient department with a focus on providing pharmaceutical care

Clinical Pharmacist II (Emergency Medicine): Providing advanced clinical pharmacy services in the emergency room setting

**Schedule:**

CL Pharm I: Work every 3rd weekend; Full-Time Days/Evenings (mix of both)

Emergency Med CL Pharm II: 8 days on, 6 days off; Wednesday to Wednesday schedule; 10-hour shifts (10:30 AM - 9:00 PM)
