    They are looking for a new team member - Senior Quality Control Technician. In this role you will Inspect and report on manufacturing quality.

    • Perform the inspection of incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, perform quality duties for work in process and perform final product testing using more complex inspection gauging instruments
    • Perform assessment testing as scheduled on in-process and/or finished device products according to all quality documentation
    • Evaluate test results for compliance to specification
    • Recognize problems that might affect the quality of integrity of the product and communicate problems
    • Perform calibration and routine daily/weekly instrument maintenance to ensure accuracy of results
    • Collaborate w/ a team to help identify Lean manufacturing opportunities for continuous process improvement and suggest alternatives and solutions to problems

    Salary: $22/ hr (long term contract)

    Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm Mon Fri (Training Schedule 6:30am - 3pm Mon Fri)

    Location: Florence, KY

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
    • Previous experience working in a diagnostic medical lab
    • 3 yrs' experience in a lab setting Preferred
    • Open to learning Lean Manufacturing or DBS tools
    • Understanding of basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance systems
    • Ability to follow and perform complex test methods
    • Collaborative Team Player
    • Proficient -MS Office-Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Required
    • Basic understanding of Statistical Analysis Required
    • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
    • The is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
