ManyChat + Go High Level Automation Specialist

Job description
I am looking for a ManyChat automation expert to fully set up and optimize my ManyChat account and connect it properly with Go High Level (GHL).
I've already started it and have the basic workflows down. I just need them tweaked and edited to make sure they are working properly.My virtual assistants will be posting daily social media content.
When someone comments a specific keyword (ex:
"HELOC", "CRM", "DSCR", "INFO"), the automation should:
Automatically reply to the comment
Send a DM with a link or lead magnet or course to purchase
Capture the contact information
Push the lead into Go High Level
Trigger a follow-up workflow inside GHL
This is a one-time setup project. I am looking for someone who can build this correctly and efficiently.
You will:
Fully set up ManyChat account (Instagram + Facebook + TikTok)
Create keyword-based automations for comments
Build DM sequences (multiple-step flow)
Set up conditional logic if needed
Connect ManyChat to Go High Level
Pass contact data (name, email, phone if collected) into GHL
Trigger GHL workflow after lead capture
Test everything end-to-end
Provide a short Loom walkthrough of the system
Example Use Case
Post:
"Comment HELOC to get access to our 5-Day Equity Approval Program."
When someone comments "HELOC":
They receive an automated reply
They get a DM with a link
Their info gets stored in ManyChat
Their contact record is created in GHL
A nurture campaign begins inside GHL
Requirements
Proven experience with ManyChat (please send examples)
Experience integrating ManyChat with Go High Level
Strong understanding of comment automation rules
Ability to prevent Instagram/Facebook compliance issues
Clean, organized flow building
Clear communication
Fully functional ManyChat automation system
Proper integration with Go High Level
Tested and confirmed workflows
Loom training video
Documentation of keyword triggers
This is a flat-fee project
