The Mesa Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator that is experienced, detail-oriented, proactive and energetic team-focused with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale industry conferences and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the professional services or engineering sectors and will excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.The position shall execute registration for conferences/events; assist with conference sponsorship execution; manage library of conference material equipment supplies. It also involves executing conference client events preparation maintaining comprehensive conference and events calendar checklist coordinating related logistics such as hotel reservations packing materials supplies supply ordering shipping managing client contact information within CRM supporting performance reporting market analysis maintaining data on CRM coordination industry corporate events completing wrap-up receiving unpacking updating inventory expense reconciliation traveling to support Director of Marketing projectseventsconferences giving input to market analysis identifying managing promotional items inventory researching best practices administrative responsibilities assisting Digital Asset Specialist designing monitoring updating digital assets utilizing integrity standardization company branding creativity interpersonal communication skills serving backup Digit Asset Specialist.
