We are seeking a proficient Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Fortune 100 healthcare client and oversee the management and optimization of SumTotal, integrated with Cornerstone.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative responsibilities within SumTotal, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
Administer elevated access by approving and applying Learn Security Roles as needed.
Conduct audits of Learn Security Roles to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Validate Learn documents and oversee user testing through qTest to ensure system functionality.
Assess and test new releases of SumTotal three times a year, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Handle change requests within SumTotal, ensuring timely implementation and minimal disruption.
Generate & Handle SumTotal tickets to address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Manage data imports, including transcript and OCL imports, to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
Industry expereince of 5 + years, ideally 3 + being spent in the SumTotal platform
Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, preferably with SumTotal
In-depth understanding of SumTotal functionalities, including audience management, security settings, notifications, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and software updates quickly.
