    We are seeking an experienced

    BI Consultant

    to facilitate our transition from Tableau to

    Power BI . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

    financial services

    and a deep understanding of our industry. This role involves

    handling complex queries

    and working with various data sources.

    As a BI Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive informed business decisions.

    This will be on site 1-2 days per week in Malvern, PA.


    Responsibilities:
    Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
    Design and implement effective BI solutions and models.
    Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
    Train end users on BI tools and systems.
    Maintain and support data analytics platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
    Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).
    Create visualizations that facilitate decision-making and drive business growth.

    Data Warehouse Construction:
    Design, build, and optimize data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs.
    Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
    Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the warehouse.

    Technical Expertise:
    Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
    Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals.
    Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute data expertise.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting efficiency, and data governance.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience

    in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
    Strong proficiency in

    Power BI

    and experience with data visualization tools.
    Knowledge of

    data warehouse design principles

    and ETL processes.
    Familiarity with SQL databases and data modeling.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
