- Prepare quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
- Oversee the quality auditing process and establish Process Metrics and KPIs
- Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading) and resolve process inefficiencies
- Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments and provide updates to customers on a timely basis
- Monitor daily labor, work schedules, and attendance of employees
- Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes
- Maintain Quality Management System
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehousing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies
- Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Quality Management Systems such as FDA, WHO, GMP/GDP, and ISO13485
