    Your Role

    You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Prepare quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
    • Oversee the quality auditing process and establish Process Metrics and KPIs
    • Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading) and resolve process inefficiencies
    • Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments and provide updates to customers on a timely basis
    • Monitor daily labor, work schedules, and attendance of employees
    • Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes
    • Maintain Quality Management System

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role
    • 2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehousing environment
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies
    • Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical warehouse environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Quality Management Systems such as FDA, WHO, GMP/GDP, and ISO13485
