We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Site Manager. This role involves empowering people to reach their full potential and helping them find joy and fulfillment every day.Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships: Get to know each resident personally, understand what makes them happy, and help them achieve their dreams.
- Provide Daily Support: Support residents with their everyday routines, such as getting ready in the morning, cooking, cleaning, and enjoying recreational activities.
- Stay Organized and On Track: Keep track of important information about the residents to ensure their needs are met.
