    team as an Outage Coordinator

    This role Coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests. Provides incident specific support, coordination, prioritization, tracking and invoicing for emergency response work received from customers to Potelco Operations. Potelco has excellent Medical, Dental and Vision benefits company paid for you and your eligible dependents. It is a part time role with a variable schedule. Training occurs in Sumner with the bulk of site work in Redmond.

    Schedule consists of 7 days on; 7 days off (Swing or Graveyard Shift).

    What You'll Do

    Initiate and coordinate emergency crew requests with Operations crews.

    What You'll Bring

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to think analytically and problem solve independently.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, and various tracking software (training provided).

    Ability to work Storms, weekends, holidays and on-call as needed (this is a 24/7 department)

    Ability to multi task, and communicate effectively.

    Ability to prioritize based on size and scope of jobs.

    Ability to function as a team player within a great team

    Must have reliable transportation

    Ability to venture outside of comfort zone, and must have the willingness to learn

    Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.50/Hr. - USD $33.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
