Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Management System Lead to join our team at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our management system, adhering to ISO and GFFS standards while prioritizing workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough ISO Gap Assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with our operations.
Analyze audit results to determine the severity of findings and implement corrective actions to eliminate non-conformities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by focusing on critical objectives that drive value and channeling energy towards delivering exceptional results.
Support Process Improvement (PI) initiatives to enhance core processes and promote sustainable growth.
Develop and lead diverse, high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with the SOEL team to deliver training modules related to our management system, catering to various levels within the organization.
Act as an expert consultant, providing technical support and guidance to field personnel, departments, and business units on quality-related matters.
Build and maintain relationships that motivate and guide team members towards achieving their goals, offering coaching and feedback to enhance performance.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar industry, with 3-5 years' experience leading management systems in a Food, Beverage, or similar industry requiring 3rd-party accreditation (ISO, BRC, etc).
Demonstrated ability to organize information and attention to detail.
