    Your role in our mission

    • Process and reconcile drug rebate payments with meticulous attention to detail, meeting timelines and contractual requirements.
    • Proactively secure payment paperwork from drug manufacturers, following up on outstanding balances to expedite resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal and external customers, maintaining a centralized CCN tracking spreadsheet and communicating correspondence updates.
    • Consistently meet quality and production standards while supporting initiatives to improve departmental efficiency.
    • Actively participate in and contribute to the successful execution of special projects.

    What we're looking for

    • Proficiency in using Remote Desktop Connection and basic 10-key.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a general knowledge of PC/Windows Operating Systems. Experience with document editing software like Adobe is a plus.
    • A keen eye for accuracy and detail, coupled with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
    • Commitment to maintaining regular attendance, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.

    What you should expect in this role

    • Video cameras must be used during all interviews.
    • In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
    • Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office at 381 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 100, Ridgeland, MS 39157.

    The pay range for this position is $31, $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
