    Description

    The Pricing System AdministrationSpecialist will be responsible for supporting Bunzl's new andongoing project management and data management efforts. The rolewill be the central point for managing and sustaining projectmanagement tools, databases, and processes to ensure efficient andeffective project deliverables. The role willcollaborate with Project Stakeholders, IT, Finance, and businessleaders to ensure accurate project tracking, execution of processtools, and tracking of information flow. This role will be anintegral part of the new process rollouts for Pricing Managementacross the Distribution Division.

    This position is based out of the BunzlAtlanta location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with key subject matter experts(SME) across Bunzl sub-groups to create the required task trackertemplates
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, able todialog with sub-group SME's to develop the templates and thrive ina fast-paced matrixed environment
    • Synthesizecomplex material into structured executable templates anddashboards
    • Collaborate with multiplestakeholders and sub-group SMEs to ensure maximum contentapplicability
    • Adhere and contribute toin-house style guide and usage ruleset
    • Createadditional content, including tutorials, online one-sheets, andshareable content
    • Foster an atmosphere ofcollaboration and leadership within the greater contentteam

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years working with task tracking software,including experience with workflows and dashboarding across a teamof at least 100 people
    • Experience withdeveloping technical training materials
    • Superior communication, interpersonal and organizationskills
    • Microsoft Office experience
    • Basic analytics skills and comfort with excel
    • Experience coordinating Smartsheet rollouts across avariety of stakeholders
    • Have strong internalmotivation to get the job done and with a high bar for excellenceand resilience in difficult situations
    • Areable to keep both the strategic and the tactical in mind at thesame time
    • Enjoy thinking strategically andbringing creative solutions to problems
    • Possess mature and measured judgment, and the ability tosolve problems on your own
    • Possess excellentSmartsheet skills, written and verbal communication skills and havea strong attention to detail
    • Displayaccountability, always meeting deadlines and keepingcommitments
