    Adecco has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer to recruit and hire an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager for their facility located just 30 miles east of Onalaska, WI.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ Directing and overseeing all EHS activities, safety team, and programs in the manufacturing facility.+ Developing and executing strategic plans for regulatory compliance and enhancing employee engagement.+ Implementing proactive safety processes to ensure a zero-incident, zero-harm culture.+ Driving continuous improvement initiatives for value-added EHS programs.+ Conducting safety meetings, audits, and reporting EHS data and metrics.+ Monitoring and adapting programs to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.+ Fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, insurance providers, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.


    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar.+ 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.+ 5+ years of leadership in EHS projects and direct reports.


    • Preferred professional certifications:
    CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, OHST, or ability to obtain within 3 years

    Pay Details:
