Part Time Recruiting Coordinator
to join our team, headquartered in Haymarket, VA. QBE is a leading provider of enterprise solutions and services to U.S. defense, intelligence, and Federal government agencies. As a
Recruiting Coordinator
you will become an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team lending your support to a variety of business groups for both funded and proposal opportunities.
Hours vary depending on need:
approximately 10-40 hours per week.
This position will be performed primarily onsite in Haymarket, VA
but may have potential for some remote work.
Highlights and Responsibilities:
Lists job postings in internal applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, social media, and other possible channels
Views applications and performs initial application assessments
Conducts phone screens; arranges interviews for potential candidates
Schedules interviews and coordinates with hiring team for interview feedback
Dispositions candidate status in the ATS
Maintains business relationships with outside organizations (e.g., outplacement firms, universities, and professional organizations).

Requirements:
Hands-on, 1-3 years of recruiting and coordinating experience
Ability to source candidate resumes from job boards, LinkedIn and other technical and professional sites.
Knowledge and experience using HRIS systems (Paylocity is a plus).
Firm understanding of DoD and federal contracts
Knowledgeable and experienced using Microsoft Office product suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.
Ability to support a varied/changeable schedule - approximately 10-40 hours per week depending on need.
