- Provide maintenance floor support for all welding and related equipment
- Address and resolve weld cut, etch, and destruct issues
- Communicate equipment and process concerns to management
- Facilitate cross-functional equipment design reviews
- Assist in new model launches and improvement initiatives
- Support tool tryouts at suppliers and in-house runs
- Participate in cross-functional and program management team activities
- Drive continuous improvement of processes
- Program various welding equipment, including robots and pedestal welders
- Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience
