    GridironIT is seeking a Data Architect to work on a remote basis with flexibility to travel to the Boston, MA area.

    Secret clearance is required.


    You Have:

    8+ years of experience with architecting solutions from user requirements and use cases to be applied across a systems engineering lifecycleExperience in a technical leadership role in a fast-paced development environment with multi-disciplinary design and development teamsKnowledge of C2 applications, Open Mission Systems (OMS), and Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)Knowledge of air or space domain design reference missions, mission vignettes, and system CONOPSKnowledge of various architecture frameworks, including UAF and DoDAF, as they apply at multiple levels across domains and platforms targeting a cloud environmentKnowledge of requirements development, system design, integration, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principlesSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If

    You Have:
    Experience in supporting acquisition programs and government clients and in collaboration with U.S.

    Combatant CommandsExperience with Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and ModelingExperience with distributed data architectures and Data Bus, Data Ops, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) technologiesExperience reviewing and assessing existing enterprise data-driven applications to support new features, performance improvements, upgrades, and ongoing sustainmentExperience with the practical application of Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML) using tools, including Cameo/MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Sparx EAExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildKnowledge of computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem solvingKnowledge of containerized workloads and orchestration, including Docker, OpenShift, or upstream KubernetesTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degree in Engineering, Science, or MathematicsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
