    Position ID:

    Mission:
    Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
    Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
    Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualifi ed personnel
    Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
    Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
    Cooperate in developing products, equipment and/or services by contributing subject-specifi c expertise (e.g. in the form of concepts, technologies, systems, methods, etc.)
    Cooperate in developing concepts and implementing measures for improvement to optimize the processes for developing products and/or equipment
    Assure compliance with and implementation of guidelines relevant for developing products, equipment and/or services (e.g. company goals, divisional goals, qualityrequirements, customer wishes, legal guidelines, etc.)
    Contribute to the optimization of processes, systems and methods (e.g. conducting lessons learned reviews, etc.)

    Profile:
    University degree in a technical field
    Minimum 5 years of experience in the TPM department including 2+ years' experience in management
    Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Offi ce Pack
    Fluency in German and English
