Job Overview

Our client, a leading mechanical contractor, seeks an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for its San Diego, CA location. With over 90 years of customer care and ownership, the company maintains the highest safety standards for employees and clients.

Lead mechanical construction projects safely on time and within budget across various markets, including Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, Industrial, and more.
Ensure field personnel safety, labor productivity, quality assurance, project financial outcomes, material procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.

5-7 years of construction work-related experience or a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic business mathematical functions.
Organizational skills for technical data handling.

Microsoft Excel, Works, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
Bluebeam Revu PDF editing.
Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software).
Quotesoft Estimating Software.
