Description

Facilities Administrative Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in San Diego, CA.

This position will be for a major biotech company and is suitable for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of experience in a supporting role.

Experience with running metrics and reports, Service Now or CMMS, and using software-based phone system is preferred.

Shift:
Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm

Customer Service /

Facilities Help Desk:
Answering and routing incoming phone calls appropriately
Submit and track status for Facilities related safety tickets
Follow up with customers on satisfaction of services, repairs, etc. Review and assign Facilities work order requests as necessary.
Manage offsite document storage requests
Conduct building audits
Install temporary site signage as needed
Provide support to remote sites and other functional teams as needed
Complete miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum 2 years of work experience in facilities/property management/customer support/administrative support preferred.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with Service Now or CMMS preferred.
Experience using software-based phone system is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally.
Willingness to complete a broad range of administrative responsibilities ranging from entry to senior-level.
Contract: 12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion.

Salary:
$21 - $26 per hour depending on experience, W2
