Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse at Aperion Care, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information, educating patients and their families on healthcare topics, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of Illinois
Experience in providing direct patient care
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Ability to assess and monitor patient conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work well in a team
BLS certification
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
