Overses the maintenance actions of equipment including planning providing work instructions monitoring progress performing analysis Ensure stable operation of the facility by standardizing processes managing paint line conditions overseeing facility maintenance Manage spare parts materials to effectively manage your budget Improve efficiency through upgrades replacements structural modifications Analyze to identify reduce defects Perform various document external affairs audit-related work according to tasks Oversee all aspects of shop facilities including equipment delivery systems electrical utility infrastructure Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers conveyors exhaust systems bake ovens Central Water Systems lighting Supplies inspection etc Analyzing causes equipment downtime implementing countermeasures Managing preventive predictive regular post-preservation standards performance production equipment Overseeing inspection logs daily monthly annual analyzing major failure causes implementing appropriate countermeasures Handling entry exit spare parts ensuring safety inventory developing strategies for discontinued parts Identifying addressing causes failures especially quality issues Implementing grade management different facility injection molding machines robots coolers conveyors Managing Conservation Indicators MTBF MTTR Keeping records failures conducting repair history analysis Planning establishing standards restarting operations shutdowns managing corresponding countermeasures Conducting hydraulic oil quality analysis ensuring proper viscosity management
