- Tracking incident tickets
- Routing incident tickets to the appropriate group
- Managing incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Identifying issues and initiating root cause analysis
- Escalating tickets to subject matter experts (SMEs) for advanced troubleshooting
- Resolving incidents using internal and OEM SMEs
- Assisting with reactive and proactive Problem Management
- Supporting Change/Asset Management processes
- Collaborating and escalating with customer NOS, MRT, IRT personnel for joint troubleshooting
- Participating in pre-system acceptance testing scenarios (SAT)
- CompTIA Sec+ certification
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in Service Desk (Remedy or SNOW)
- Strong customer support skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex environments
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Windows OS

The service desk engineers are responsible for maintaining the stability of the network and end-user devices through advanced troubleshooting, timely incident resolution, and proactive maintenance to ensure maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority, so service desk engineers may deliver training to customers. All work takes place within an enclave situated on an active military base, with no travel required. Service Desk engineers collaborate closely with internal developers and engineers to minimize recurring incidents.
Common ticket types include requests for aid with system installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage.
