ORDER PULLING SUPERVISOR
Ganahl Lumber is looking for an Order Pulling Supervisor to join our team in San Juan Capistrano.
This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask while supporting our sales team and solving problems for our customers.
The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:
Excellent attendance
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Excellentcommunication skills
both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Scheduling, ticket writing, credit memo
Well versed on order processing
Product knowledgein multiple lumber and building materialscategories is a plus
Works well with team to accomplish common goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
