    Directs and coordinates activities of design disciplines and construction teams on projects of varying sizes, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities

    Responsibilities include:
    Communicates and coordinates with team all deliverables as well as scope, schedule and budget.
    Direct coordination with clients and other external partners.
    May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations.
    Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives.
    Other duties as assigned.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience preferred. Minimum 7 years related experience, 10 years experience preferred, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.

    Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.

    Project size may vary.

    Resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
    Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters.
    Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

    Strong leadership, problem solving and project finance skills.
    Solid understanding of FAA criteria is required.
    Professional Registration preferred.
    Compensation Range$125,000-$230,000The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations.


    The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.


    The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
