We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Installation Coordinator who is a self-motivated individual with a great work ethic and a personality that is focused on customer satisfaction.

The Installation Coordinator will handle inbound and outbound calls in addition to doing some dispatch of service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency.

The Installation Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling installation appointments for HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in sales coordination.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systemsCommunicate with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questionsWork closely with sales team to ensure smooth installation processMaintain accurate records of installation appointments and customer informationProvide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in sales coordinationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareWe offer GREAT benefits, including a 401K with company match, company vehicle, training, room for advancement, and great earning potential.
