For those whose calling it is to serve others, now is your moment to join our mission to provide quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration, and innovation, to live our mantra to "Always Do The Right Thing", The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. They provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for MAT program participants.
    Responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings.
    Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
    Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous quality improvement.
    Develops, maintains, and communicates departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
    Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
