- Performs application table maintenance as needed in support of requested changes. Updates and maintains required documentation and issues lists.

- Participates in various operational meetings to analyze current procedures and workflows, identify problems, makes recommendations and determinations on which software functions and workflows to implement. The System Analyst 1, Revenue Cycle position supports and maintains software applications that impact Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance and other Business related areas. This role provides analytical and application support in the areas of planning, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of business operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business or other related field preferred.
Prior Epic Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Required to achieve assigned Computer Application certifications within 90 days of training and to maintain assigned certification while in this role.
Epic Professional Billing, Epic Hospital Billing or Epic Claims certification is preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to work independently and be result oriented.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components.
