Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight

This role is part of the Blue Origin Engines business unit, where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing and testing of engines and propulsion systems. As part of a diverse team, you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle including performance management and career development, training, allocating engineering resources and driving project engineering consistency and approaches across each of our Engine Programs. You must enjoy solving communication and organizational problems, earning trust, and improving the overall performance of all teams involved.
