    The Four Hands People and Culture team is looking for a dynamic People Development Training Specialist that will play an integral role in our employees career journey by developing and delivering training programs that align with our core values.

    This cross functional role will identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them, conduct training needs assessments, design, and create curriculum accordingly. This role will oversee all aspects of training interventions that improve employee productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for learning and development, excellent instructional design skills, understanding of neurodiverse learning needs, and ability to engage and communication employees at all levels.

    In This Role
    • Assess learning and training needs and create goals and objectives for training programs
    • Curate, develop and deliver skills training
    • Create materials, conduct workshops, and provide engaging and relevant training
    • Create training schedules and track progress
    • Conduct surveys, interviews, and capture data analysis; help identify areas that are successful and areas that need improvement
    • Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) to maintain learning materials including books, manuals, articles, videos, and courses
    • Keep up with industry trends to identify innovative approaches that may make an impact on Four Hands' training needs
    • Research new training methods and approaches and recommend the best practices
    • Create flexible learning interventions that are relevant to the employees' learning needs
    • Collaborate with all departments to ensure that the training programs are aligned with the organization's goals and initiatives
    • Support people development initiatives, as needed
    • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
    The Ideal Person
    • 5+ years of experience of training in a corporate environment
    • Bachelor's degree in learning and development, or a related field
    • Experience in deploying training for neurodiverse audiences
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
    • Knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles and learning management software (LMS)
    • Proficiency in training platforms and methods
    • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training return on investment
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Sound decision making and organizational skills
    • Certifications in learning and development, or related fields is a plus
