    Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about marketing and events and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.

    This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and customer interaction while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and objectives that align with client goals and brand identity.
    Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup.
    Engage with event attendees, providing information about products/services and creating a positive brand experience.

    Assist with event promotion and outreach efforts to drive attendance and engagement, including social media, email marketing, and grassroots initiatives.

    Provide support during events, including setup, registration, customer interaction, and post-event cleanup.
    Assist with post-event analysis and reporting to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
    Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or customer service is a plus but not required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
    Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
