    Job Description:

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to support our real estate agents by managing administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on client relations and property transactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.
    • Handle communication with clients, agents, and other professionals via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Prepare and manage documents related to real estate transactions, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
    • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
    • Conduct property and client research to support agents during the sales or leasing process.
    • Manage the office inventory of supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
    • Provide general support to visitors and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; experience in real estate is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate software platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, etc.).
    • High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative support is a plus.
    • Must be able to speak Vietnamese and English
    • Must be local in Phoenix AZ
