    Experience working in an Agile development environment.
    Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
    Responsibilities

    Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Java technologies.
    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
    Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
    Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
    Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation approaches.
    Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
    Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
