Description

24 Our Care is seeking Consent Reps who are passionate about helping Medicare patients reach their health goals. We are a Chronic Care Management company who provides non-face-to-face Care Management Services all within Medicare compliance.

The position will start working our Tulsa, Oklahoma location. After the probationary period, we will evaluate your progress for the potential to work remotely. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 08:30am to 5:00pm, CST. You will report directly to Emily Smith as your

If you are hired for this position, your employment job responsibilities shall be as follows:

• Call patients and get their consent to participate in our services.
• Assign interested and consented patients to Care Coaches and schedule their appointments.
• Navigate client EMRs and note pertinent information in patient charts.
• Print and mail information to patients as needed.
• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent Phone Skills

Must be a Team Player

Must pass a background check
