    A large client supporting legal services is seeking inbound call center agents to support a temporary project in Tampa for a first shift schedule.

    Must have experience handling inbound calls in a call center or similar environment handling high volume inbound calls.

    • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST M-F
    • Training Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST M-F

    Responsibilities

    • The Client's Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
    • The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
    • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
    • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
    • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
    • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
    • Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
