- Present and sell products to new and existing customers
- Offer showroom tours
- Handle projects from inception to completion, including measuring, designing, selling, and ordering
- Oversee your own projects
- Aim to achieve agreed sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest updates
- Create sales materials for customer presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and products
- Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, customer service, home décor, or renovation sales (experience in decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, kitchen/bath sales, or interior design is a bonus)
- Familiarity with design software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong focus on customer service
- Driven by results and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding presentation abilities
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Self-motivated with the capability to complete tasks autonomously and on time
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
