In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, identifying software defects, and ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design test cases, and implement scalable testing solutions. • Develop, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Identify and analyze software defects, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, design test cases, and prioritize testing activities
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies
• Participate in Agile development practices and ceremonies
• Maintain test documentation and ensure it is up to date
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Software Automation Tester, specifically with Selenium and Java
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
